Michael K. P. Price
Michael K. P. Price
established his accounting firm during 1983 in Humble, Texas. He
graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a BBA in Business
and Accounting (1974). He was awarded a Certificate to practice as a CPA
in 1976 and obtained a Texas Real Estate Broker License in 1976. His
experience with executives, individuals, estates and working for closely
held business has given Mr. Price an exceptional understanding of what
companies and individual are needing from start to retirement, including
passing on estates with strategic business and tax planning in the
interim.
He and his firm are
members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The
Texas Society of Public Accountants, The Houston Chapter of Texas
Society of Public Accountants, Texas Public Accountants Association and
the Humble Chamber of Commerce.
He is an active
member and past elder of Christ the King Lutheran Church, a member and
Past President (1990, 1991) and Past Director of Rotary Club of Humble;
Director of Humble Rotary Club Foundation; Inc., Director of Humble
Chamber of Commerce; Director of Leo Medley Criminal Justice Foundation;
Director and Treasurer of Family Time Foundation and he has served as a
director of the local YMCA board; the local American Heart Association;
and is active in other worthy community activities.
He and his wife, Linda were married in 1974. They have lived in the Humble area since 1976. They have two daughters, Kayla and Emily.
